Returns & Refunds

How to make a return?

To Return or Exchange an item by Mail:

1. Before returning products, please contact us for a RMA (Returns Authorisation Number). This should then be clearly written on the packaging being returned.

2. The goods should be unused, unassembled and in its' original packaging.

3. We strongly advise you to return goods via a fully insured courier or special delivery so that you have proof of delivery.

Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

Note: Shipping charges are not refundable, and shipping will be charged for the new items(s) sent.
