How can you cancel an order?
If you have place an order by mistake, there is no need to worry. You can cancel your order easily in the 'My ProfileGlobal' area from the Order Confirmation email anytime before your order shows as 'Items Dispatching Soon' or 'Order Shipped'.
1. Click 'My ProfileGlobal' on the menu bar to enter the member area.
2. Click 'Orders Status Tracking'. You are now presented with a list of orders that you have placed with us.
3. Choose the order you wish to cancel, and click 'View Details'.
If the order can be cancelled, the 'Cancel Order' link will appear on the page just under the total order cost. Click the link and a confirmation box will pop-up. Click 'Yes' to confirm that you wish to cancel the order. Your order should now show as 'Cancelled'.
If you are having trouble cancelling an order, please contact our customer service for help. Please note that once an order is marked 'Items Dispatching Soon' or 'Order Shipped', it can not be cancelled.
